My name is Heidi
Holecek and I am the owner of The Classic Catering Company. I have
worked in the hospitality industry since the age of 14 when I
worked in my parent’s restaurant, which is now my catering
company. You might say I learned this business by being baptized
with fire, or the hard way.
I have always been
interested in living a healthy life-style, which included eating,
and preparing healthy wholesome food and plenty of fresh air and
sunshine. In High School I was on the diving team and today, I
enjoy hiking, camping and skiing with my husband.
When I graduated high
school I began attending college to be a physical therapist (in
fact, I married a chiro-practor). When my parents retired, I
realized my heart was still in the food industry and I turned
their restaurant into my catering company. I still enjoy a healthy
life-style and enjoy cooking for clients and friends.
Besides a
full-service, on-site catering company, my company now offers an
array of designer linen colors. I would like to invite you to
